• Personalized quotes: For personalized quotes, a 50% deposit may be requested upon ordering. The balance must be paid before the start of the service.
Return and Refund Policy

• Given the nature of our services: Personalized consulting services, refunds are generally not possible once the service has started.
• We invite you to read the description of our services carefully before placing an order.
Exceptions:
• Services not started: If you wish to cancel your order before the start of the service, we may consider a partial or total refund, subject to the study of your request.
• Non-compliance of services: In the event of non-compliance of services with what was agreed, we undertake to find an amicable solution, which may include partial or total reimbursement of the amounts paid.

Billing
You will receive an invoice by email at the end of your order. This invoice will mention the details of your order, the payment terms and the general conditions of sale.
